So, what is this NaNoWriMo thing you see at the side or bottom of my blog? NaNoWriMo stands for National Novel Writing Month. It’s in November and is basically a bunch of crazy wanna-be writers (like me!) who commit themselves to writing 50,000 words in thirty days. No, not a finished product, just enough words to make an average sized novel. It’s a way of using group motivation to fulfill an objective, and you at least end up writing a lot….
So, I’m committed, or should be or whatever, because I have decided to try it out this year. Around November 1st I may be a bit hard to get along with, please, just know that it’s not you… it’s just the 1667 words that I haven’t yet written that day.
